What Does it Mean to be a Blessing?

It's not a phrase that we throw around lightly—being a blessing is deeply rooted in the fabric of our entire company.

Be a blessing.

At Randy's Electric, "Be a Blessing" is not just a feel-good phrase that we throw around—it's at the very core of who we are.

What does it mean?

Last year, we served over 8,500+ customers... that means there were 8,500+ opportunities to meet our customers where they are at and go above and beyond for them. For those we serve, we know there are plenty of stressors that they face in their life—we want to be sure that we are not one of them. Not only do we strive to be a blessing for the customers we serve, we also want to be a blessing to each other and the community at large.

For our customers:

  • Answering phone calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate party if they have a question.
  • Arriving within a two hour window in order to not disrupt their day.
  • Being courteous, professional, and addressing their problem efficiently.
  • Offering pricing with no hidden surprises—what we quote is what you will pay.
  • Cleaning up and leaving our work area the same or better than we found it.
  • Communicating clearly so customers know what to expect at every step of the way.
  • Providing multiple options at different price points to address the issue.

For our coworkers:

  • Being flexible so that when family issues arise, we are able to accommodate.
  • Stepping up to the plate to answer questions, provide support and help each other with day to day tasks.
  • Ongoing training that keeps our office staff and our journeymen up to date and comfortable with the service capabilities that they offer.
  • We assume the burden—not only does this apply to our customers, but it applies to our employees as well. We want our team to be accommodated so that issues get resolved appropriately, nothing gets dropped in communication and we are able to help each other out selflessly.

For our community:

Yes, we are a for-profit company. However, our main drive isn't just to make revenue, it's to use that revenue to give back to our community and world at large. Because of the profit that we make, we use it to give to non-profits, causes and the communities that we live and work in every day.

So if you are searching for electrician jobs near me, consider hanging your hat on Randy's Electric so that we can continue being a blessing to those who we serve.
