Here's What We're Looking For


Troubleshoot, repair and service residential jobs
Provide technical assistance to customers and perform/oversee field installations & repairs
Document all services performed and create invoices on jobs attended
Direct a team of electricians/apprentice electricians
Complete job estimates, develop customer & maintain accounts
Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with customers & coworkers
Adhere to the company core values; Work Hard Play Hard, Get the Job Done Right, Assume the Burden, Be Intentional


Journeyman’s license and 1+ years of additional electrical residential service experience
A recognized expert in multiple areas of residential electrical service
Very self-sufficient, requires minimal supervision
Maintain communication with dispatch and service manager
Able to read blueprints
Able to complete conceptual estimates as well as hard estimates on company-supplied digital equipment
Strong technical aptitude
Understands and efficiently uses basic computer, iPad & iPhone equipment
Maintain truck and up-to-date inventory, along with a clean driving record
