Here's What We're Looking For

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and service residential jobs

• Provide technical assistance to customers and perform/oversee field installations & repairs

• Document all services performed and create invoices on jobs attended

• Direct a team of electricians/apprentice electricians

• Complete job estimates, develop customer & maintain accounts

• Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with customers & coworkers

• Adhere to the company core values; Work Hard Play Hard, Get the Job Done Right, Assume the Burden, Be Intentional

Requirements

•Journeyman’s license and 1+ years of additional electrical residential service experience

• A recognized expert in multiple areas of residential electrical service

• Very self-sufficient, requires minimal supervision

• Maintain communication with dispatch and service manager

• Able to read blueprints

• Able to complete conceptual estimates as well as hard estimates on company-supplied digital equipment

• Strong technical aptitude

• Understands and efficiently uses basic computer, iPad & iPhone equipment

• Maintain truck and up-to-date inventory, along with a clean driving record
